Carlmont senior Aidan Dimick earned eighth place in the Division 1 boys final at the California state meet at Woodward Park in Fresno. Dimick covered the 5-kilometer layout in 15:14.7, a 13-second improvement from his Oct. 9 victory in the extra large school race at the ASICS Clovis Invitational at Woodward Park.
